Aubert de Villaine (co-owner of world-renowned DRC) and his wife Pamela settled down in Bouzeron, located within Burgundy’s lesser known Cote Chalonnaise region. Their namesake domaine highlights the often underlooked single-vineyard terroirs of the Chalonnaise. ‘Montots’ is a silky and nuanced Pinot Noir, showing racy notes of stewed red fruits and chalky minerality.
