Aubert de Villaine, co-owner of world-renowned Domaine de la Romanée Conti, and his wife Pamela founded their namesake estate in the Côte Chalonnaise to highlight the often underlooked single-vineyard terroirs of this standout region. Fruit for ‘Grésigny’ comes from very old vines (approx. 80 years), leading to a concentrated wine full of complex white flower and stone fruit flavors, balanced by vibrant, racy acidity.
