Legendary Volnay vigneron Guillaume d’Angerville takes on the Jura at Domaine du Pelican and we can’t get enough. Fruit for this Chardonnay is farmed organically and biodynamically, ferments with native yeasts, and ages 10 months in neutral barrel. Lively acidity & solid structure make this wine perfect for pairing with roast chicken, cheese boards, or creamy pasta sauces. We can’t get enough of this exciting project from one of Burgundy’s best!
