Legendary Volnay vigneron Guillaume d’Angerville takes on the Jura at Domaine du Pelican and we can’t get enough. This bright and crunchy Poulsard is vinified in a non-oxidative environment, keeping the wine high-acid and fresh. Tart red fruit flavors and zesty acidity make this wine super fun to drink, especially when consumed alongside charcuterie boards and grilled meats. Serve slightly chilled!
