Domaine Duroche Gevrey-Chambertin 'Champ' 2017

Fifth-generation Pierre Duroche took over his family’s estate back in 2005. Their 9.5 hectares of vines lay scattered across some of Burgundy’s greatest growing sites. Pierre vinifies juice delicately and with utmost attention to detail, producing elegant, sophisticated wines. ‘Champ’ shows elegant flavors of tart cherries and strawberries, leading to a medium-bodied palate noted with sophisticated tannic structure and a slightly salty finish.
