Domaine G. Roumier Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru 'Les Combottes' 2015

Founded in 1924 by Georges Roumier, Domaine G. Roumier holds the standard for sensational Burgundy produced across various appellations, many of which are Premier and Grand Crus. Georges’ grandson, Christophe, took over the winery in 1992, using mostly destemmed fruit, followed by fermentation and elevage in oak. The 2015 ‘Les Combottes’ comes from a small, 1er Cru plot in Chambolle-Musigny, showing sophisticated aromas of concentrated red berries and earth. Vibrant, food-friendly, and straight up delicious.
