The Reverdy family has been making wine in the Loire Valley for over 400 years. The domaine is now headed by Michel Reverdy, who farms his 14 hectares of fruit with lutte-raisonnée techniques. Post-harvest, fruit for Reverdy’s Sancerre is direct pressed and fermented in steel, then aged for 2-3 months on the lees with numerous daily stirrings. Zesty and bright, the wine shows flavors of lemon, white flowers, and rain-kissed rocks. Delicious!
