This rich yet restrained 1er Cru from Saint-Aubin is loaded with flavors of yellow apples, pear skin, crushed white flowers, and crushed rocks. Ample amounts of bright acid lead to a zesty, mineral-laden finish. Fruit is hand-harvested and vinified in barrels for 20-23 months. Bottled unfined/unfiltered. Serve with roast chicken, lobster, or fresh goat cheese.
