Operated by Michel, now eighty years old, and his son Frédéric, the duo meticulously farm their ten hectares of vines biodynamically, vinifying wines with very little new oak and minimal racking, allowing the natural Burgundian terroir to speak.The 2007 bottling shows notes of fleshy red fruit and nervy acidity, finishing on an earthy, woody note, marked by well-integrated tannins.
