Led by Thierry Pillot—along with his father Paul and his sister Chrystelle—Domaine Paul Pillot has reputation for making some of the region's most celebrated wines, since 2004. Some describe his style as understated, but that's not to say there isn't texture and length in his wines. On the contrary, the wines speak for themselves and the terroir without missing a beat. We're digging that we can get our hands on some Pillot regional Bourgogne wine, a spicy and silky gem that goes with the big meals, from Sunday roasts to Thanksgiving turkey, to pass-it-around-with pizza-night.
