Known for their mastering of ‘lieu-dit’ farming, Domaine Roulot has become regarded as one of the finest producers in the entire Cote de Beaune. Although known for their white wines, this world-class red is produced from destemmed fruit fermented in wood followed by 12-15 months of aging in barrel. Perfumed and bright, notes of crunchy berries, cranberry, and spices dominate this airy yet succulent palate. Will age for 10+ years.
