Known for his mastering of ‘lieu-dit’ farming, Jean-Marc Roulot has become known as one of the greatest producers in all of Meursault. Founded in 1930, the winery has deeply studied and championed the soils of Meursault generation after generation, while continuing to cultivate rich wines marked by balanced acidity and undeniable freshness. ‘Vireuils’ is sappy and round, noted with flavors of sappy yellow fruit, lemon skin, wet rock, and baking spice.. Bright acidity brings crisp balance, which leads to a refreshing and lingering finish.
