This silky, earth-driven Châteauneuf-du-Pape is loaded with flavors of red fruits, vanilla, underbrush, and sweet spice. Fruit (80% Grenache (old vines), 15% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault) is hand-sorted, destemmed, and aged for 18 months in foudre/terracotta jars. This powerful, structured juice is certain to withstand at least 10 years in the cellar – we’d give it just a bit more time to integrate.
