Domaine Santa Duc Gigondas 'Aux Lieux Dits' 2017

This rich and earth-driven wine from Gigondas is loaded with flavors of dark fruits, garrigue spice, and vegetal undertones. Fruit comes from all of Domaine Santa Duc’s vineyard sites across the Rhône Valley and comprises Grenache (75%), Mourvèdre (13%), Syrah (10%), and Cinsault (2%). Post-spontaneous fermentation, the juice ages for 18 months in a combination of casks and terracotta jars. Serve chilled with a variety of meats and roasted veggies.
