Fruit is organic, hand-harvested, and fermented with indigenous yeasts, leading to wines that show a serious sense of place. ‘Guignes Chevres’ is one of the estate’s more floral-driven cuvées, showing lifted aromatics and delicate flavors of citrus, honeysuckle, and wet stones.
