Layered flavors of spiced orange compote, baked apples, white flowers, brioche, honey, and baking spice lead to a deep and compelling finish. Aged 48 months on the lees, disgorged in January 2015. Drink now or lay down for another 5-7 years to let the wine develop even further. You really can’t go wrong either way.
