Emmanuel Rouget Aligote 2018

This intense, fruit-driven Aligoté is loaded with flavors of yellow plums, citrus, green apple skin, and crushed stones. Voluminous and lengthy, the wine pairs perfectly with fresh scallops, roasted veggies, or a variety of happy hour snacks. We find this Aligoté to be silkier and more voluptuous than most expressions.
