Owned and operated by Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, this namesake winery has long been deemed one of the best Pinot Noir producers in all of Germany. The duo works with very old vines in Baden, which they farm all organically and biodynamically. Their entry-level Pinot sets the benchmark for German Spatburgunder, showing notes of tart red fruit, underbrush, and wet stones, marked by a citrus-reminiscent acidity.
