Enderle & Moll Baden 'Weiss & Grau' 2018

This amber-hued blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris is loaded with flavors of orange zest, white blossoms, apricot skin, and honeysuckles. One week on the skins gives the wine a lightly tannic pull, which ultimately leads to a lasting, lingering finish. Serve with grilled fish, salads, or Mediterranean-inspired mezze.
