Envinate Canary Islands Tinto 'Migan' 2018

Our love for Envinate knows no limits. Fruit for this varietal Listan Negro comes from two very old plots of braided vines rooted in volcanic soils. Grapes are 15% whole cluster fermented in concrete and aged in old French oak for 11 months. The wine is all smoke, strawberries, and ashy white pepper. Pair with charcuterie boards or flavor-packed fish dishes.
