Envinate Canary Islands Tinto 'Taganan' 2021

Envinate is the brainchild of four dynamic oenology students with a shared passion for organic farming, natural vinification, and the salty, sea-influenced wine growing regions of Spain. These old vines are located on the Atlantic Ocean and grow untrained. Hand-farmed, with native yeast fermentation, Tinto 'Taganan' has an old-fashioned ethos but tastes fresh, marine-inspired, and lively nonetheless. This kitchen sink blend of indigenous Canary Islands varieties is wild yeast fermented with 30% whole clusters and aged in barrel for eight months.
