Envinate Vinos Atlanticos Blanco 'Benje' 2016

Created out of four friends’ shared passion for Atlantic-influenced wine regions, Envinate seeks to highlight just how versatile Spain’s saline-tinged appellations can be. The 2016 ‘Benje’ Blanco comes from several parcels of old-vine Listan Blanco, all hand-harvested, with 25% of fruit skin macerated for 2-6 weeks. Aged in a combination of cement and old barrique, the final wine is smoky & layered, with textured flavors of stone fruit and salt.
