Hervé Joyaux Fabre was born in France to a family of wine négociants and decided to seek opportunities in South America back in the early 90s. He began purchasing old vines across some of Argentina’s best growing sites and now owns 137 hectares across Mendoza and Patagonia. Fruit for this Cabernet Franc was farmed without the use of chemicals, fermented with native yeasts, and aged 12 months in French oak.
