This ripe and earthy Cabernet Franc is loaded with plush flavors of dark fruits, plums, cracked pepper, and potting soil. Born in France to a family of wine négociants, Hervé Joyaux Fabre left his native country to seek opportunities in South America back in the early ‘90s. He began purchasing old vines across some of Argentina’s best growing sites and now owns 137 hectares across Mendoza and Patagonia.
