This aromatic and floral blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Trebbiano Toscano, and Malvasia has generous yellow fruit character. We're pouring this with veggie pastas, garlic breads, and cheesy pizzas. A fun tidbit to start conversation when you share this one: Fattoria di Sammontana and its 12th century Romanesque church, were once owned by the Medici family. The current proprietors are dedicated to quality wine and olive oil, so the fate of the property is definitely in the wine lover's favor these days.
