Lionel Faury took control of his family estate just over ten years ago, farming vines on the steep terraces of the Northern Rhone. Vines experience southern exposure and are partially destemmed, with meticulous attention to detail during vinification. The 2016 Cote-Rotie is 40% whole cluster fermented, creating a mineral-driven wine full of dark fruit, spicy pepper, and meat flavors, with floral undertones and gritty tannins.
