Lionel Faury took control of his family estate ten years ago. Their vines are located on steep terraces across some of the Northern Rhone’s best appellations and benefit from a southern exposure. Their 2017 Cote-Rotie is 20-30% whole cluster fermented and aged 18 months in oak, leading to a wine full of dark fruit, spicy pepper, and smoked meat flavors. Pair with red meat, game, and all things grilled.
