Faury Saint-Joseph VV 2016

Lionel Faury took control of his family estate just over ten years ago, farming vines on the steep terraces of the Northern Rhone. Vines experience southern exposure and are partially destemmed, with meticulous attention to detail during vinification. The 2016 Saint-Joseph is dark and ich, full of complex fruit forwardness, noted with cassis, currant, and smoked meat. Chewy and long-lasting; a delight!
