Fruit for this sustainably-farmed White Burgundy comes from various parcels (including Les Clous and Le Limousin) in Meursault. Notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus rind, gunflint, and toasted hazelnuts dominate the wine’s unctuous yet balanced palate. The wine is barrel-fermented and aged for 12 months in oak, followed by 3-6 months in tank.
