D. Antonio Ramirez first purchased his land in La Lechuza (El Fronton) in the heart of the Canary Islands back in 1977. Today, his two sons farm the family’s high elevation vineyards, located at soaring altitudes of over 1,000 feet above sea level. This Listan Negro dominant blend is destemmed and fermented in steel followed by aging in used American oak. Smoky dark fruit flavors and minerals dominate this earthy, robust palate.
