Mauro Mascarello, the grandson of the legendary Giuseppe Mascarello took over his grandfather’s estate in the 1960s and carries on his family’s renowned legacy. ‘Scudetto’ is a varietal Barbera, aged 14 months in oak. The wine shows classic Barbera fruit-forwardness, with flavors of wild berries, spicy earth, and cedar undertones. Fresh, expressive, and balanced-- great with pizza!
