Génot-Boulanger produces organic and biodynamic wines from 22 hectares of vines scattered from Chambolle Musigny to Mercurey. ‘Les Boucheres’ comes from a Premier Cru vineyard site in Meursault and is marked by flavors of stone fruit, toast, smoky butterscotch, and minerals. (‘Boucheres’ comes from the word ‘bouchot,’ which means ‘small wooded area’ in the local Burgundian dialect).
