Gilles Robin Crozes-Hermitage 'Cuvee Papillon' 2018

There aren't many things we love more than organic Syrah from the Northern Rhone. Gilles Robin planted this vineyard in 1996 and vinifies this wine entirely in steel to preserve freshness in the wine. Notes of dark fruit, bramble, spicy licorice, smoked meat, and olives dominate this ripe, round, and utterly silky palate.
