Founded in 2007 by Stephanie and Eduard Tscheppe, this small-production winery located in the heart of Burgenland creates their ‘family’ of wines all biodynamically, with respect for the environment put first. This Gruner dominant blend is rounded out with 30% Weissburgunder, with 1/3 of grapes vinified on skins for three weeks, fermented and aged in barrel.
