Henri Germain Bourgogne Cote d'Or Blanc 2017

Henri Germain’s white Burgundies are some of the most underrated bottles on the entire market. Wines are produced from low-yielding organic fruit, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in oak (20-30% new.) This rich and round Chardonnay is balanced by bright acidity, showing flavors of juicy stone fruit and lemon. Wisps of salinity on the finish create a long-lasting, refreshing finish.
