Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993, comprised of five hectares of old vines (50-100 years old) in the Rhone Valley. Souhaut produces his wines from whole bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, giving way to balanced, elegant bottles. ‘Les Marecos Blanc’ is a 50/50 blend of Marsanne and Roussanne, loaded with flavors of juicy peach, pear, and white flowers.
