Herve Souhaut Syrah 2016

Nestled in the hills of the Northern Ardeche, Domaine Romaneaux-Destezet farms their vineyards as naturally as possible; fruit for this cuvée comes from 30 year old vines, rooted in Schist soils. Long macerations and aging on fine lees gives way to a floral palate of meaty fruit and spice. Pair with pork, roasted chicken, or grilled beef.
