Herve Souhaut VdP Gamay 'La Souteronne' 2018

Hervé Souhaut founded his domaine in 1993 and farms five hectares of old vines (50-100 years old) in the Rhone Valley. Souhaut produces his wines entirely from whole grape bunches and semi-carbonic maceration, leading to balanced and elegant final wines. ‘La Souteronne’ is a varietal Gamay that oozes with personality, showing flavors of juicy red berries, blackberries, smoke, fresh cut herbs, and wet stones.
