Founded in 1981 by Joel Hudelot and Chantal Baillet, this Chambolle-Musigny based estate is now headed by Joel’s son-in-law, Dominique Leguen, a serious advocate for low yields and lutte raisonée farming. The 2016 Cotes de Nuits Blanc shows lifted stone fruit aromatics, carrying over to the palate to mesh with lemon-driven acidity, wet stone undertones, and a lip-smacking finish.
