Jamsheed Syrah 'Beechworth - Warner Vineyard' Victoria 2015

After studying at Ridge Vineyards, Gary Mills created his own Victoria based estate, breaking the conventional mindset of Aussie winemaking. This 2015 Syrah comes 50 year old vines, situated 1,400 feet above sea level. Fruit is handpicked and whole bunch fermented, giving way to a vibrant, mineral-driven wine full of crunchy dark fruit and freshness.
