Influenced by the free spirited ways of Catalonia, winemaker James Erskine thoughtfully uses his time spent in Priorat to bring vibrant rusticity into every bottle produced at his Adelaide Hills estate. Wines are produced organically, with native yeast, and minimal intervention in the cellar. The 2017 ‘Disco’ is a 60/20 blend of Shiraz and Grenache, fermented in tank; lively and low-alcohol, full of crunchy dark fruit and salty olive notes.
