Jean-Louis Dutraive joined his father at the family estate in 1977 and now represents the fifth generation of Domaine de la Grand’Cour. Their estate is comprised of 10.6 hectares of organically farmed vines. Fruit for this extremely limited cuvée comes from a 1.5 hectare plot of organically farmed 70 to 100-year-old vines. Juice is vinified in concrete via carbonic maceration and minimal intervention, then aged for 7 months in French oak.
