Jimenez-Landi has deep winemaking roots in the DO of Mentrida, producing exquisite Grenache-based wines from old vines farmed organically and biodynamically. All wines ferment with natural yeasts and are aged in oak barrels. The 2010 ‘Pielago’ is developing beautifully, showing notes of red fruit, black tea, herbs, and cherries, with undertones of scorched earth and spice giving way to a lingering finish.
