Wind Gap winemaker Scott Schultz brings his winemaking talents to Jolie-Laide, a small production winery situated in the heart of Sebastopol, California. Fruit for the 2017 ‘Barsotti’ Gamay comes from high elevation granitic soils, located in the Sierra Foothills. Whole cluster and carbonically macerated, fruit remains lively and aromatic, with delicate, thirst-quenching flavors of tart cranberry and juicy strawberries, noted with herbs.
