This crisp Trousseau Noir is produced at the hands at one of our favorite North Coast winemakers, Scott Schultz. This wine is fermented partially carbonic and has bits of Poulard, Gamay Noir, and Valdiguié smattered in, which add an extra layer of crunch. Serve chilled and try not to drink the whole bottle at once.
