(Backstory: Sunier’s mother was a hairdresser in Dijon and Christophe Roumier regularly sat in her chair. Post-graduation, Julien wasn’t sure what he wanted to do for a career. After a life-changing opportunity to work alongside Roumier, his future was forever changed. He traveled the world, perfected the ins and outs of organic/biodynamic farming, and worked throughout the 10 crus of Beaujolais. The rest was history.)
