Larkmead Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2015

Founded in 1895, Larkmead is one of the longstanding, family-owned estates in Napa. The estate’s 45 hectares sit on a combination of soils, with winemaker Dan Petroski bringing out the complexity and diversity of each specific site. The 2015 Cab is aromatic and bold, with notes of sappy dark fruit, tobacco, & stones, with dusty tannins giving way to a mouth-filling finish. Petroski advises to lay down for 10 years to watch the magic unfold.
