Lauer Riesling 'Ayler Fass 87' Kabinett Mosel 2020

This legendary Saar-based producer is a master at all things Riesling. Lauer is now in the 5th generation and committed 100% to this variety — we’d be hard pressed to find a more authentic evocation of steep-slope Mosel terroir. We love the tension on this one, tense but with generous fruit and a touch of spice. This would be lovely with crunchy salads, even slightly bitter greens such as arugula.
