Founded by Dieter Heuskel and Peter Dipoli in 2004, the duo’s 50 small parcels are dedicated to local Piemontese varieties, vinified by Cristiano Garella, a young local winemaker. The Bramaterra shows lifted aromatics of flowers and herbs, carrying over to the palate to mingle with flavors of tart cherry and white pepper. Lower in tannins and higher in acidity than most Piemontese Nebbiolo; delicious with pizza, pasta, and various meats.
