Le Pianelle Rose 2017

Le Pianelle is a joint partnership between Dieter Heuskel, Peter Dipoli, Cristiano Garella, and Andrea Zanetta, situated in the heart of northern Piedmont. The estate’s vines are rooted into marine and volcanic soils, which lead to high-acid and mineral-influenced fruit. This Nebbiolo dominant rosé fermented in steel and was aged in used oak, leading to a floral and fruit-forward palate marked by flavors of watermelon, strawberry, and wet rocks.
